Coleslaw
Ing: Thinly sliced white cabbage,1/4 of an onion finely chopped,1/2 of a carrot grated,dash of vinegar,salt & pepper,salad cream,mayonnaise
Method: Mix all the dry ingredients together & adjust as required then add seasonings and equal amounts of salad cream & mayonnaise and mix (adjust according to taste)

Egg Fried Rice
Ing: Rice,1tbs Oil,Onion sliced,Prawns,peas,Margarine (to fry with),2 Eggs,2 tbs dark soya sauce
Method: Cook the rice seperately .Cook the peas seperately
While Rice and peas are cooking heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the onion, add the prawns and cooked peas and warm through. Push this to one side in the pan.Melt the margarine and add the beaten eggs, cook this as an omlette. Now add the cooked rice and soya sauce to the pan and mix together.

Ing: Avocado ,chopped tomato with skin removed,1/2 clove garlic crushed,1/4 teaspoon cumin,1/4 teaspoon paprika,1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method: Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together

Tandoori Chicken
Ing: 3lb Chicken drumsticks,3tbs lime/lemon juice,1 tsp salt,6fl oz/ 175ml Natural Yoghurt,2 tbs mustard or vegatable oil,6 cloves garlic crushed,1 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander, 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp orange food colouring
Method: Slash chicken and rub in lime or lemon juice and salt. Leave for 30 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl . Rub the marinate into Chicken and leave covered in fridge for for 2-3 hours or overnight. Cook in oven at 200C on wire rack over tray (add small amount of water to tray to stop burning) until nearly cooked then remove and baste with butter before placing under grill.
